Different approaches to organisational change

"The Mongol Horde": Expensive but aligns to empire builders.

Focus on Leaders: I notice that many executives only listen to people who have a shared background and identity.  NOTE: This excludes most of their work force.

Focus on Early Adopters: But they may lack influence in the organisation.

Focus on Accessible Influencers: Work out who is influential first.  Identify which ones are accessible and focus on them.  This is my new strategy...
