Clear, concise, sticky

Three principles for an effective workplace message:
  • Clear.  Is it easy to understand the message you are trying to convey?
  • Concise.  Don't waste their time.  Are you getting to the point as quickly as possible? Could the message be shorter?
  • Sticky. Is it easy to remember the message you're giving?
