PERMA for human motivation

In Flourish, Martin Seligman describes aspects of well-being represented by the acronym PERMA:
  • Positive emotion: Happiness and life satisfaction
  • Engagement: Flow state
  • Relationships: Other people
  • Meaning: Belonging to and serving something greater than yourself
  • Accomplishment: Success, winning, achievement, mastery
I'm wondering if this is a more complete way to think about human motivation over Dan Pink's Autonomy, Master, Purpose or even self-determination theory's Autonomy, Competence, Relatedness.
