Exploring Lean and Kanban for Portfolio Management

I recently facilitated a discussion on Kanban for portfolio management for the Sydney Limited WIP Society. In hindsight, I wonder if it would have been more useful to do a presentation before the discussion given the number of unfamiliar concepts that came up.  In any case, in order to prepare for this, I created a mind map which I thought would be useful to share (click for larger version):
