GEFN

We were looking at various improvement activities that we're engaged in and which ones should be named "Completed". I suggested that given a mindset of continuous improvement we shouldn't really say that these things are completed so much that they were "Good enough for now" so we would divert focus to other aspects.

Thus was born GEFN.

Does GEFN create waste of rework? Does it create debt?

I imagine that in the wrong hands it would do both.
